Ok S2. hi there. in event of the recent flasher events, well here are some tips on how to prevent and attack them.
1. Be in a group and talk really loudly about kicking people's asses when u think theres a suspicious man nearby.
2. Dont walk in secluded places.
3. Dont walk in dark places.

In event they flash:
1. Do not look alarmed, stare hard instead.
2. Look insulted, and act as though that was nothing.
3. Tell him that you have seen bigger.

When u think that he is momentarily distracted, you may want to try these attacking positions.

1. Push him onto the floor, face up, and step on his junk, and squish it like u would squish a cigarette butt.
2. Give him a punch in the stomach and on the face.
3. Kick him in the junk if u dont mind ur shoe being dirty with -UGH-.
4. Pull his junk and twist it real hard with friends restraining him fm fighting back if u dont mind ur hand being real disgustingly dirty. -UGH-.

Ok do not use 3 and 4 unless necessary.

Once you have defeated him and ensure he does not escape, go and send one person to inform GO. This tips is placed here in case you are still not sure. Well, most importantly is to go and be with friends. Hope no one encounters flashers. Really. I happened to check out the attack scene. Well, its really creepy. i saw it in the evening. Well, i was walking my friend home..dont ask. Well stay clear. :)
